Shipping & Delivery
Shipping cost depends on delivery address and it is calculated during checkout. We send packages using PostNL or DPD to destinations in the EU. Tracking number is provided for all destinations. Parcels are automatically insured.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders.
Products will usually be sent 1 working day after we receive the order. Boxes heavier than 8 KG and unusually big boxes may take one more day to send. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the Netherlands.
You will receive the tracking link via e-mail. If the tracking page indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you didn't receive it, please inform us as soon as possible, and no later than 9 days after the indicated delivery date on the tracking page. We send our shipments with insurance and this deadline is important to make a claim from the insurance. Informing us too late may void your refund claim.

Shipping costs to countries outside of the European Union are not refundable if the parcel is returned to us without delivery to customer.
The customer is responsible for any additional costs which may arise after we send the parcel, like custom duties, handling fees etc.
