Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery of the product. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Standard Form for Withdrawal.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the tracking page indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you didn't receive it, please inform us as soon as possible, and no later than 9 days after the indicated delivery date on the tracking page. We send our shipments with insurance and this deadline is important to make a claim from the insurance. Informing us too late may void your refund claim.
Gift wrap
Kindly note that gift wraps are custom made to your order and therefore they are non-refundable. In case of a returned products with gift wrap, either due to customer's decision or due to failed delivery, your payment for the gift wrap will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund of Shipping Costs
We refund the shipping cost paid when placing the order in our website but the shipping cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the buyer.
The only exception is the shipping cost to Turkey. This is due to occasional changes in Turkish custom regulations. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to custom regulations or due to high cost of importing the products to Turkey and returned to us, we will not refund the shipping costs. Compliance with the local regulations is the responsibility of the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
