Are there any charges when I make a payment on Gamer’s Dream?

There are no charges for any of the payment options. Kindly note that there may be shipping charge for some orders.

For deliveries outside of European Union, we are not responsible for any customs/duties/taxes or other fees that may charged by your home country.

How much should I pay for shipment?

Shipping cost depends on delivery address and it is calculated during checkout. We send packages using DHL Parcel & PostNL.

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Products will be delivered to courier 1 working day after we receive the order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

If a product is out of stock, we will inform you about the availability and expected delivery date after we receive your message or custom bundle quote request.

What is “Bundle Discount”?

We offer different levels of discount when ordering more tham one products. The discount amount depends on the number of product during the checkout. Kindly use appropriate discount code in Discount Codes page.

 

How will the delivery be done?

We ship orders with PostNL. For deliveries outside of the Netherlands, the parcel will be handed over to local partner of PostNL.

Do prices on Gamer’s Dream include VAT?

Yes. Prices on our website includes 21% Dutch VAT. According to new EU regulations, starting from 01 July 2021, we need to charge the VAT rate of the delivery country. Accordingly, the final price may change to reflect different levels of VAT rates of the delivery countries. Kindly find VAT rates of EU countries here.

What is Pay later?

Pay later (Achteraf betalen) is available in the Netherlands. With pay later, you can pay us after you receive your order. You can pay until 14 days after your purchase.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order anytime before we send the products. After that, you can still return purchased products according to return policy below.

What is your Return Policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery of the product. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Standard Form for Withdrawal. You may fill Standard Form for Withdrawal and return it to us with e-mail or post.

How quickly will I get the refund?

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

I received a defective item from Gamer’s Dream. How do I get it replaced?

If there is any problem with any product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will find a solution. If there is a missing piece, we advise you to contact the publisher first. Most of the publishers handle replacement parts themselves. If the publisher doesn't offer a solution, please contact us. We may be able to send a replacement part, depending on availability from the distributor.

My product was damaged in transit. What should I do?

If you notice any damage on the packaging when you receive your order, please ask the courier to take note of it and contact us within 3 days. Please provide photos of damaged packaging and product. If there was no visible damage on the packaging, please contact us and provide photos of damaged product.

I received an incorrect product. What can I do?

Please contact us. We will send the correct product and arrange for the return of incorrect product.

How does Gamer's Dream handles complaints?

We kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via e-mail or contact us page. We will assess the complaint and try to solve it to everyone's satisfaction.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will notify you.

If the complaint cannot be solved to your satisfaction, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (where the webshop is affiliated). If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee/Geschillencommissie (SGC).
